ABOUT US

Perry's Expert Transport Services LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, and black-owned small business based in Atlanta, Georgia and San Diego, California. Established in June 2017, we continue to provide first-class transport services for our four- and two-legged family members worldwide by air and ground transport.


We are certified “essential business”. Therefore, you will never have to worry about getting your pet across any border or another country when you choose Perry's Expert Transport Services LLC.


We have over 50 breeders throughout The lower 48 and Alaska, whose litters we deliver that can be from six to ten pups in one litter. We offer a special pricing per pup to breeders that give us their continuous business.


We strongly support the military and are a team of all veterans—Navy, Marines, and Army. Every employee is hand-selected and goes through a thorough extensive FBI grade background check.


After passing the background check, they sent to complete first and CPR training for dogs and cats by American Red Cross. Once certified, they become USDA-certified to transport and care for animals. Before becoming a driver with Perry's Expert Transport Services LLC, 6 weeks of training with a senior driver on the road is completed, which is also the probationary period.


During training, we teach and monitor road safety, COVID-19 safety routines, the level of care given to the pets, and if policy and procedures are consistently maintained. Safety is of the utmost concern, and we strive to give our clients peace of mind when entrusting us with their pets.

POLICY AND PROCEDURE

A 50% percent deposit is required for all domestic ground transport including Alaska. The remaining half will be due at delivery. Transport will not be scheduled until the deposit is received! The deposit will be fully refunded if canceled no later than 72 hours before scheduled pickup. Deposit is nonrefundable after. Transport can be rescheduled at no additional cost.


Ground transport to Canada and Mexico is to be paid in full. Only half payment will be refundable if canceled at any time. Transport will not be scheduled until full payment is received! Transport can be rescheduled at no additional cost.


Flight nanny service both domestic and international is to be paid in full. Flight arrangements are booked and paid for immediately after receiving payment therefore it is non-refundable.


Deposits are accepted by card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, apple pay, or cash app. The remaining balance at delivery is due by card, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, apple pay, Cash App, or cashier’s check.


Perry’s Expert Transport will email the transport agreement and invoice to every client. The signed documents will be due with deposit/payment.
